Our Engineering team will be monitoring over the next 24 hours. Feb 6, 15:10 EST Investigating - We are currently performing unplanned maintenance on the Drift Email product. During this time, the Drift Email product will be unavailable, and as a result, Drift Email users may experience intermittent delays in email processing, routing, and dashboard updates. This does not impact any other Drift, Salesloft, or Clari products or services. Our engineering team is working to restore full functionality as quickly as possible. Please note that Drift Chat and other platform services remain unaffected and are operating normally.

We will be conducting extra monitoring over the next 24 hours to ensure stability before closing this maintenance status post. Jan 11, 02:41 EST In progress - The infrastructure migration for our US2 hosting environment is complete. All services have been restored with the exception of analytics features, which our Engineering team is working to resolve. Jan 10, 18:08 EST Scheduled - We are performing a critical infrastructure migration to upgrade our hosting environment for our US2 Server. This work requires a temporary interruption of the Salesloft platform. Change: We have extended the maintenance window to allow additional time to complete the migration safely. Dec 11, 04:04 EST Resolved - The outstanding issue with Deals not loading for a certain subset of customers has been resolved. Dec 10, 16:40 EST Investigating - Our Engineers are investigating an issue where the Deals page is not loading. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.

Nov 20, 11:22 EST Resolved - Our Engineers have deployed a fix for this issue and Zoom links should be auto-populating in meeting invites again. Please refresh your browser to ensure the applied changes take effect. Nov 17, 10:41 EST Identified - A subset of customers have reported that Zoom links are failing to auto-populate in calendar invites when booking meetings through Salesloft. Engineering has identified the root cause and is working on a resolution. Please continue to monitor the status page for additional updates. In the meantime, affected users will need to manually add a Zoom link to their calendar invites.

Nov 18, 09:45 EST Monitoring - The Cloudflare team has sent an update that a fix has been implemented and they believe the incident is now resolved.
