    Jan 26, 16:33 EST Completed - The scheduled maintenance has been completed. Jan 25, 17:49 EST Update - Analytics data has finished processing, and our Engineering team is continuing to monitor the system. We will resolve the event after 24 hours if no issues are reported. Jan 25, 13:51 EST Update - Dialer recordings are now available. Some analytics data is still being processed. Another update will be posted within the next 24 hours. Jan 24, 20:54 EST Verifying - The infrastructure migration for our US1 hosting environment is complete. All services have been restored. Some analytics data and dialer recordings older than 5 months are being processed. Another update will be posted within the next 24 hours. Jan 24, 11:23 EST Update - Scheduled maintenance is still in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. Jan 24, 06:03 EST In progress - Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary. Jan 13, 11:56 EST Scheduled - We will be performing a critical infrastructure migration to upgrade our hosting environment. This maintenance will result in a temporary service interruption for the Salesloft platform. Maintenance Schedule: Customer hosted on the US1 Region: Saturday, January 24, 2026. [Starting at 6am EST for an ETA of 16 hours] During the maintenance window, the support portal will be unavailable. Please use [email protected] to report any issues. If you are trying to log into Salesloft please go to https://app.salesloft.com During this window, the Salesloft application will be unavailable. Email sending, open/click tracking, and CRM syncing will be paused and will resume automatically once maintenance is complete. Some integrations may be temporarily offline. Please reach out to support if you have any questions Customer Action: Customers utilizing IP allowlists must update their configurations with our new IP addresses prior to January 24, 2026 to ensure continued connectivity. If you are not utilzing allowlist for App access or other integrations, you may disregard.
