Earlier today we identified a global issue preventing Desktop Sync App customers from using the service integrations. Customers were being presented with the error message: "The operation has timed out”. All other product functionalities were performing as expected. The service is performing as expected. Avoiding a reoccurrence is our priority as we closely monitor the service.
