    We are aware of a browsing performance issue affecting a small number of customers connected via VirginMedia/FluidOne Interconnect. Traffic has been rerouted for the reported customers, as a temporary measure. The issue has been raised with Telco and Datacenter & we are actively working with them to resolve the issue permanently.

    We have identified the root cause of the issue & its fixed. Traffic will be routed back to normal with a scheduled change by tonight.

    Traffic has been rerouted to normal and the issue has been resolved. We are monitoring the service to ensure stability.

    We have again been reported with browsing performance issues for few customers. We are rerouting the traffic through resilient link now.

    We are still investigating the issue coordinating with Telco and Datacenter. The services looks to be stable after rerouting over a resilient link.
