    We are aware of the issue reported for the SWGFL customers for the RM Unify password sync issue and we are working on the same. All other RM Unify functionality used by RM SafetyNet is unaffected.

    We could see that RM Unify password sync is taking up to 24 hours and we are still working on the reported issue. All other RM Unify functionality used by RM SafetyNet is unaffected.

    Our engineers are still working on this issue which is affecting UBF (User Based Proxy) pasword sync in the SWGFL region as a priority case. This causes users to receive an authentication prompt for up to 24 hours following a password change.

    The reported issues has been resolved. We have monitored for a couple of months and no further complaints are received.
