    We are aware of a small number of customers experiencing performance degradation when using the Safetynet proxy service. Our engineers are currently investigating.

    The browsing performance seems to be stable at the moment, we are investigating to identify the root cause of the issue.

    We have identified a ddos attack which caused the degraded performance of our proxy servers. We have fixed and monitored the service and ensured that the connectivity is stable now. As such we are closing this incident.
