    We are aware of an degraded performance issue for a small number of customers due to unusually large amount of traffic inbound. The traffic is now stabilized and our engineers are currently monitoring.

  2. resolved Jan 10, 2024, 09:15 AM UTC

    We have identified a DDoS attack which caused the degraded performance of our proxy servers. We have fixed and monitored the service and ensured that the connectivity is stable now. As such we are closing this incident.
