    We are aware of an degraded performance issue for a small number of customers using the Transparent proxy service. Our engineers are currently investigating.

    The browsing performance seems to be stable at the moment and we are closely monitoring the services.

    We have identified an issue with our internal systems where memory utilisation exceeded normal usage after a security update. We have fixed and monitored the service and ensured that the connectivity is stable now. As such we are closing this incident.
