We are investigating an issue affecting certain Redtail CRM downloads and bulk operations that are processed as background jobs. As a result, some users may experience failures when generating custom exports, reports, labels, and other downloads that exceed the configured job-processing threshold. Workaround Available Until a fix is available, users can avoid the issue by increasing the following setting to the maximum value of "500": Preferences > Miscellaneous > Submit bulk operation to a job if selected contacts exceeds this threshold Operations involving fewer contacts than the configured threshold should process successfully through the browser instead of the background job system. As a result, some incoming emails may be delayed in reaching user mailboxes. We have also identified an issue impacting Single Sign-On (SSO) access to hosted email accounts for some users. As a temporary workaround, affected users may be able to access their hosted email directly by logging in with their email credentials instead of using SSO. Our teams have identified an underlying network connectivity issue and are actively working with the service provider to restore normal operations.
