  1. investigating Jun 02, 2026, 04:18 PM UTC

Multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Redtail CRM and emails sent from Redtail CRM (including password reset emails and notifications) are currently experiencing intermittent issues. Some clients may have difficulty accessing their accounts or receiving CRM-generated emails. We are actively working to restore full functionality and apologize for any inconvenience. Thank you for your patience.

  2. identified Jun 03, 2026, 12:35 AM UTC

We have identified that delays or issues with multi-factor authentication (MFA) for Redtail CRM and emails sent from Redtail CRM (including password reset emails and notifications) are being filtered or quarantined by select email security providers. While we continue working with our vendors to improve delivery, some users may experience intermittent delays. As a temporary workaround, we recommend contacting your email provider (e.g., Smarsh or Mimecast) to request whitelisting of the following domains to help ensure timely delivery: - redtailemail.com - redtailtechnology.com We appreciate your patience as we continue monitoring and working toward full resolution.
