    We are currently investigating an issue causing slow response times and timeouts for some requests to our Public API. Our engineering team is working to identify the root cause and restore normal performance.

    We have identified an issue that began on July 24, 2025, at 17:21 UTC, where High and Critical alerts from SentinelOne and CrowdStrike are not populating correctly in InsightIDR for a subset of MDR customers who have opted to have the Rapid7 SOC monitor third-party alerts from these event sources.

    This incident has been resolved. Intermittent degradation in cloud connectivity within InsightConnect workflows in the US-EAST-1 and EU-CENTRAL regions was observed and remediated. Workflows that rely on cloud connections may have failed. Additionally, workflows triggered by internal platform connections may not have started as expected e.g UBA or Detections Triggers.     We have identified the cause of the issue. Additional capacity has been allocated to work through the backlog of events. Creating new investigations can be delayed by up to four hours. Some existing investigations will experience similar delays with new alert indicators being added to the timeline.
