   We are investigating a partial network outage impacting some of our infrastructure hosted in Singapore. The issue appears to be related to a routing problem. If you have websites hosted in our SG location and you’re finding it to be inaccessible, this is likely the reason why. We are currently working with our upstream provider to resolve the issue and apologize for any inconvenience. We will provide additional information once available. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. UPDATE: Our upstream is aware of the issue, and are working towards implementing a fix. UPDATE: This is now resolved.    We are investigating an outage affecting one physical rack located in our Los Angeles DC-03 facility. The issue appears to be confined only to devices located in rack C240.01.C.07. Specifically, this impacts the following VPS nodes: DC03LA108KVM, DC03LA102KVM, DC03LA104KVM, DC03LA105KVM, DC03LA106KVM, DC03LA107KVM, DC03LA109KVM, DC03LA110KVM, DC03LA111KVM, DC03LA112KVM, DC03LA113KVM, DC03LA103KVM We have created a request for the on-site datacenter team to investigate this rack further. From what we are able to see so far, this appears to be some sort of power delivery or PDU issue, as the entire rack has seemed to lost power. We anticipate this being resolved soon. Thank you for your patience, and we are working on this issue with the highest priority. UPDATE: There appears to be a power delivery issue within rack C240.01.C.07 that is preventing the switch equipment in this rack from receiving power, resulting in the devices residing within the rack to be inaccessible. Our on-site datacenter technicians are aware, and are working with electricians to address the issue. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available or once service is restored. UPDATE: This is now resolved.
