Resolved on May 29, 2025, affecting Los Angeles Datacenter.
We are investigating an outage affecting one physical rack located in our Los Angeles DC-03 facility. The issue appears to be confined only to devices located in rack C240.01.C.07. Specifically, this impacts the following VPS nodes: DC03LA108KVM, DC03LA102KVM, DC03LA104KVM, DC03LA105KVM, DC03LA106KVM, DC03LA107KVM, DC03LA109KVM, DC03LA110KVM, DC03LA111KVM, DC03LA112KVM, DC03LA113KVM, DC03LA103KVM We have created a request for the on-site datacenter team to investigate this rack further. From what we are able to see so far, this appears to be some sort of power delivery or PDU issue, as the entire rack has seemed to lost power. We anticipate this being resolved soon. Thank you for your patience, and we are working on this issue with the highest priority. UPDATE: There appears to be a power delivery issue within rack C240.01.C.07 that is preventing the switch equipment in this rack from receiving power, resulting in the devices residing within the rack to be inaccessible. Our on-site datacenter technicians are aware, and are working with electricians to address the issue. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available or once service is restored. UPDATE: This is now resolved.
