    Our cloud services provider is currently experiencing an outage affecting multiple M365 workloads, which is also impacting some On Demand Migration customers. As a result, migration tasks may fail, and email delivery for Domain Rewrite projects may be delayed. Further updates from Microsoft can be found within the Service Health Portal under the M365 admin center. We will continue to update this status as soon as we receive additional information.

We recommend reviewing your migration job history and restarting any affected tasks as needed. 2) On Demand Migration Active Directory All running and scheduled workflows continued to operate normally and were not impacted by the outage. 3) On Demand Migration Domain Rewrite Email delivery for Domain Rewrite customers may be delayed during the cloud provider outage, but the service is now operating as usual.     We are continuing to investigate and working with cloud service provider. Only some organizations and tenants are impacted by this outage. To mitigate this issue a temporary solution was deployed today to retry a failed backup automatically. Failed backups when run again are, in most cases, successful.

    We are aware of an issue impacting device migration tasks for all On Demand Migration customers in all regions. As a result, device migration jobs may hang and agent logs will show the following error message: An error occurred attempting to update the job status to the server. One or more errors occurred. Exception of type 'BinaryTree.ADM.Agent.DeviceProxyException' was thrown. Our team is currently investigating the issue, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We will provide an update on the issue as soon as we have more information.

    We have identified the root cause of the partial outage, and we are actively working on a resolution. Based on our investigation, only customers are impacted using a custom cutover migration action that requires a credential profile. This issue does not affect customers using the default system cutover action. We understand the impact this may have on your operations and appreciate your patience.
