    We are aware of an issue that is impacting backups of Entra ID for some On Demand Recovery customers. An investigation is currently underway, and we will report back soon.

    We are continuing to investigate and working with cloud service provider. Only some organizations and tenants are impacted by this outage. To mitigate this issue a temporary solution was deployed today to retry a failed backup automatically. Failed backups when run again are, in most cases, successful.

    A resolution to issue impacting backups of Entra ID for some On Demand Recovery customers has been deployed by our cloud service provider. We will be continuing to monitor backups for the next 24 hours to ensure the issue is resolved.
