We are currently investigating service degradation affecting payment processing. Users may experience errors when using tap payment methods, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. We have identified an issue with an external payment network that is causing payment processing errors. While Pushpay systems are fully operational, transactions routed through the impacted network may fail or time out. Pushpay continues to accept payments for subsequent processing via our proprietary Assured Payments technology. We are monitoring the payment network's progress toward a fix and will post an update within 30 minutes.
