We are currently experiencing an incident affecting multiple functionalities in the Visit application: Email Delivery: Visitors and hosts are not receiving emails. Access Control: The automatic validation of visitor access is not working, and manual validation attempts are also failing. Badge Printing: Some entry points encounter a 500 Internal Server Error during the final stage of the registration process, preventing badge printing. Resolution: Problem with Sendgrid mailing, where also Access got stuck. Resolved issue with our third party vendor. Our team is actively investigating the issue and working to restore full functionality as soon as possible. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information. Thank you for your patience.
