    We are currently investigating an issue with email alerts not being fired since the 10:00am MT on March 24th. We've identified the problem and are working to implement a solution. Alerts have been properly detected and created within the webadmin and in the short term, we'd advise referring to the "Manage alerts" page for missed alerts since yesterday.

    We've seen some reports that following our authentication system migration, some users are getting an "Account Deactivated" error. We have identified that only a small subset of users are seeing this error and are currently investigating the cause. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience as we work to complete this migration.
