POLi Outage History

We are aware of an issue affecting some customers making POLi Payments from Kiwibank accounts. Kiwibank's internet banking page is currently failing to load for some users, which may prevent affected customers from completing their POLi payment. We have escalated the issue to Kiwibank and are working with them to understand the cause and restore normal service as quickly as possible. At this stage, the issue appears to be impacting only some customers. We will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience.

Due to a technical issue, ANZ digital banking is currently unavailable. ANZ tech teams are urgently investigating.

We are aware of an issue affecting payments within the ASB Mobile App for customers using version 26.08.0 on iOS/iPhone devices. Reports indicate that payment transactions may fail when initiated through the mobile app. QR code desktop payments are operating normally and are not affected. The issue appears to be isolated to the latest iOS version of the ASB Mobile App. We have escalated this to the ASB support team and are working closely with them to investigate and identify the cause. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available. Impact: Payment transactions may fail when using ASB Mobile App version 26.08.0 on iOS/iPhone devices.
