The API we use to communicate with USPS is having trouble right now. Creation of SCAN Forms and Shipment Refunds are currently not fully operational. Creating Labels is still working. We'll monitor the situation and update once we know more.

Arrr! Intercom (Chat and Email system) is still taking on water. Their crew is hard at work patchin’ the leaks, and we’re keepin’ a sharp lookout for the all-clear. Until it’s back afloat, our support crew still can’t read or reply to any messages sent to us - but we’ll raise the sails and get back to it the moment service is restored.

We're aware of issues purchasing UPS labels in case you have not shipped with UPS before or not recently. You may be unable to continue on the terms & conditions dialog that pops up when buying a label while the the issue remains. Our crew is doing everything then can to get it shipshape again. We'll keep you updated here. Sorry for the trouble Captain!
