    We are currently investigating an issue that appears to be related to SSL certificate validation on Microsoft servers affecting Microsoft 365 services in the EU region (semi-inline scope), which may impact message delivery. Our system will automatically retry sending any affected messages. We are actively monitoring the situation and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available from Microsoft or the issue status changes.

    We experienced a temporary issue that caused some inbound (with semi-inline connection) messages to fail delivery, with senders receiving the following NDR: “This message could not be delivered due to a recipient error. Please try again later.” The issue has now been resolved, and email flow is back to normal. The system is up and running again, and the NDRs should no longer occur.

    Today we performed a standard update for the admin role in X-Ray and one of the new permissions caused an error that impacted admin users in our US environment to not see scans. The team roles back the change and will execute additional testing before the next deployment of this feature. The status page incident was also late to get updated. The team is working on updated processes to improve the communication with our customers
