Outage preventing the Pendo application from loading and collecting data
Pendo experienced a notice incident on June 12, 2025 affecting Pendo UI and API and 1 more component, lasting 3d 17h. The incident has been resolved; the full update timeline is below.

There is an outage with our hosting provider that is causing Pendo not to load or collect data. We are currently investigating the scope of this issue and will update the status as we receive more information.

Our host provider has begun to restore services. Pendo's EU, Japan, Australia and US1 environments are operational, but app.pendo.io is still down at this time. We will update the status as we receive more information.

Our host provider has restored services and the Pendo application is operational. Data processing from the outage is still in process. We will continue to monitor and update when data processing is complete.
