  1. investigating Mar 18, 2026, 12:50 PM UTC

We are currently investigating an issue in our US region where users are unable to edit existing segments. Any attempt to add a rule to a pre-existing segment will result in an error. We are investigating if there are similar impacts to other regions currently. As a workaround, cloning and existing segment or creating new segments works as expected. Our team is working to identify the cause of this issue and we will share an update as soon as possible. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
