Paubox incident
Some Inbound customers report blank Inbound quarantines
Resolved after 58 minutes, affecting Inbound Security, on July 22, 2026.
No defect was identified, no changes were shipped. Two reasons customers may have encountered this: 1) Paubox is shipping improvements almost daily - if something is suddenly unavailable, you may need to log out/back in to refresh your access 2) In order for the Inbound quarantine to display results, "all categories" or at least one category must be selected. If no categories are selected, the page will show no results.

We are investigating reports from some Inbound Security customers that their Inbound quarantines are blank despite mail being marked as quarantined in their mail logs.
