Issues receiving 2fa codes to log into Paubox dashboard
Resolved after 2 days 1 hour, affecting Paubox Dashboard, on August 28, 2024.
We have been informed carrier issues are resolved, all users should be able to authenticate log in successfully.

As of 8.27.24, some customers reported issues receiving 2fa codes needed to log into their dashboards; we confirmed our provider is experiencing intermittent outages. We'll continue to track the issue and update support tickets once service has been restored.

Provider reports US based issues are resolved - there may still be carrier specific complications. We will share another update when we hear these have been corrected.
