    We are currently investigating an issue where some calls processed on November 12th are currently not appearing in the reporting or the API areas of the platform. Calls from November 11th, and today, November 13th are unaffected. We will be providing regular updates on this matter.

    The backlog of calls is in the process of being restored to the API and reporting areas with work consistently being done to speed up this progress to get back to the current. We will continue to provide updates as they are available.
