    We are currently experiencing an issue which may cause customers to experience with the service. Our engineering team is working to identify the root cause and implement a solution. Possible impacts 1. Workflow takes longer to start 2. File related actions might fail We will issue an update as more information is available.

    Microsoft have confirmed that there is currently a service degradation impacting Azure Service Bus in several regions globally which MS are actively mitigating. This is impacting a number of capabilities within Nintex Workflow including - Workflow Alerting, File Attachments in Forms, Tasks, & Activity Feed. Our engineering team is in constant contact with MS Support and will update this post when more information is avaiable.

    Microsoft has applied mitigation to the service degradation impacting Azure Service Bus. The recovery has made the impacting Nintex services back to normal operation. Our engineering team will continue monitoring the services health.
