Authorization failures are on the rise
Resolved after 1 hour 19 minutes, affecting Payment Backend, on October 6, 2024.
The issues are with Bambora acquiring. The problems have ended as of 13:33 EEST (Finnish time). We started seeing raising amounts of failing transactions as of this morning. We'll keep monitoring the situation but seems that the problems have been fixed.

We are monitoring more than business as usual amount of failing purchase transactions. Approximately 15% of the purchases are failing while most succeed. We are investigating.
