    Netskope team has completed all the validations and we have brought back IAD2 into NewEdge. The issue has marked Resolved.

    IAD2 has been removed from the NewEdge network to redirect customers to alternative, nearby data centers while the investigation continues.

    Netskope has determined that a power related issue has caused the disruption and investigation continues with assistance from the vendor at the data center.
