Slow Internet

Resolved after 33 minutes, affecting section-319117 (NEOnet ISP - PR) and section-319117 (NEOnet ISP - DR) and 1 more, on October 26, 2026.

resolved Oct 26, 2026, 01:20 PM UTC

All services have returned to normal speed. The issues were caused by a router issue in our virtual hosting environment. The routers were not maintaining persistent BGP adjacencies, causing services to flap in and out, with DNS services experiencing the greatest impact. This was resolved by rebooting both virtual routers in our hosting environment. As always, if you have any questions or concerns, please don’t hesitate to reach out.
