We are currently investigating an issue where accounts and tickets created in the Next Generation Events module since Friday, Feb 7 are not appearing on list pages, reports, or workflows.

We are actively working on resolving a backup that's delaying the transfer of data from the Next Generation Events module to other parts of the CRM, including lists, reports, and workflows. Confirmation emails are not affected, and no data is lost.

A fix has been implemented to resolve the delay between the Next Generation Events module and Neon CRM reports, lists, and workflows. In order to resolve this issue, however, data added to Next Generation Events between Feb 8, 21:00 CST and Feb 10 11:42 CST will not appear right away, but will be recovered in the next 1-2 business days. We apologize for the inconvenience, and recommend using the Next Gen Events pages (i.e. clicking on the name of your event to go to the "Overview" page or visit the Sales & Check-in pages) for accurate reporting on upcoming events.
