    A system that process non-Nearmap assets for real-time results caused a backup in order processing, time range = 9:20am PT - 11:39am PT. The issue has been corrected. Work is being done to prevent this particular asset from causing downstream affects in the future.

    Please be advised that a temporary solution has been put in place to enable the ArcGIS Marketplace services. We expect that this solution will last until we have the full fix implemented. The upgrade work has been prioritized and we are commencing it next week and expect to take 4 weeks. We will continue to post the progress here.

While we continue to progress the broader upgrade work, we are confident the issue that prompted this incident has been addressed.
