    Please be aware that we experienced issues with the variable recurring payment endpoint for NatWest, Royal Bank of Scotland and Ulster Bank (Northern Ireland) between 13:00 20/12/2024 and 15:30 23/12/2024 impacting a small subset of customers who had set up a VRP consent Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this issue caused.
