We have identified an issue preventing users from signing in to the My Moveworks portal. This appears to be affecting customers who use Ping Identity for authentication. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and are actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.

We are now also observing that this issue is impacting customers using non Ping Identity SSO providers as well. Our engineering teams are continuing to investigate and remediate the root cause.
