Dear Motive Customer, Earlier today, fleets experienced delays in Safety AI events appearing on the dashboard between 10:45 AM and 12:25 PM PST. This issue has been resolved, and Safety AI events are now processing in real time. No Safety AI events were lost during this period and all delayed events have been processed successfully.
