Some fleets may experience a delay in the Vehicle location history and trips displayed in the Fleet Dashboard and Reports, as well as in AI-related events uploading to the dashboard.       Dear Motive Customer, Earlier today, fleets experienced delays in Safety AI events appearing on the dashboard between 10:45 AM and 12:25 PM PST. This issue has been resolved, and Safety AI events are now processing in real time. No Safety AI events were lost during this period and all delayed events have been processed successfully. The underlying cause has been identified and mitigated, and we will continue to closely monitor the system.       Dear Motive customer, We are investigating delays in processing vehicle location data that affect the following features: Location History page  Public vehicle_locations API  Location-based alerts and reports  These experiences may currently be delayed by up to ~2.5 hours. Location events are still being recorded and will appear once processing catches up.
