We are currently experiencing an issue with NIBSS that is impacting debit attempts for some accounts. As a result, you may receive “Do Not Honour” or “Unable to locate record” responses when processing debits. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We are in active communication with the NIBSS team to resolve this and will provide an update as soon as the service is restored.
