We are aware of an issue where some mandates are being automatically cancelled even after the required payment has been made through a mobile banking app. This is currently affecting customers using FCMB, First bank and Wema Bank etc. Please note that the issue is from the banks, and we are working with them to resolve it. In the meantime, users with these banks are advised to make their activation payments via internet banking or at a bank branch. We apologize for the inconvenience and will provide further updates once the issue is resolved.
