    We identified an issue affecting syncs for some legacy reports-based ADP Linked Accounts. Some accounts may have been incorrectly moved to a Relink Needed status even though their credentials are still valid. We are actively working on the remediation. If your ADP Linked Account shows Relink Needed, please DO NOT ask your end user to relink. Instead: 1. Trigger a manual sync for the Linked Account from the Merge Dashboard. 2. If the sync fails, contact our support team at [email protected] and we'll restore the account for you.
