Our Engineering team identified an issue where Luma was unable to process inbound messages from a small percentage of patients starting on 06/15 at 6 pm PST until 06/21 at 12 pm PST. We were able to resend a batch of messages for impacted appointments in order to capture responses and process replies as expected.
