  3. identified Jun 08, 2023, 06:54 PM UTC

Our team has identified the issue. The scope is limited to eClinical Works (eCW) customers. We are currently processing the impacted appointments for eCW customers.

  4. monitoring Jun 08, 2023, 07:08 PM UTC

Our team has completed processing the impacted appointments and we are currently monitoring the fix.

  5. resolved Jun 08, 2023, 08:16 PM UTC

Our team has completed the monitoring phase and verified that functionality is operating consistently as expected. We have fixed the backend update that affected eCW Customers. The cited update caused availabilities to be created at the wrong time slot for customers using the eCW Server. This caused patient scheduling pages to display the wrong times and allowed patients to book outside of working hours. The incorrect availabilities have been removed, and the schedule now reflects the correct times. Thank you for your patience.
