In a recent code deployment, our product engineering team released a new version of our Chat Hub feature. This change ended up affecting Luma users with the setting filterChatsByGroupsFacilities enabled - disabling their ability to communicate directly in the Patient Profile. The changes were reverted and this incident is resolved. We apologize for the inconvenience.
