Resolved after 1 hour 48 minutes, affecting Fleet Management Portal (my.lightfoot.co.uk), on September 6, 2024.
The slowdown has been resolved and normal performance restored. The Vehicle Checks, Suspected Disconnects, and Vehicle Faults widgets have been temporarily removed from the Fleet Dashboard. The team are working to restore this functionality ASAP for affected customers. We are expecting this to be completed before 13th Sept 2024 and will be confirmed via the What's New Page. Apologies for any inconvenience.
