    Some users have reported a failure on the Fleet Portal following login. This was observed following a live deployment (v73.0.0). This deployment has been reverted. We have identified the cause and are currently investigating a fix to re-apply v73.0.0

    We have implemented a fix for the original login issue and are continuning to test with the aim of re-releasing on Tuesday 28th April.

    We are currently investigating performance issues reported when accessing some parts of the Fleet Portal.

    At 6pm, Monday 16th March we will need to restart a service affecting access to the Lightfoot portal. There will be no access for approximately 10 minutes during this time.

    The restart was successful, and services have improved. We're continuing to investigate delays in data availability.

    There are ongoing delays affecting data availability in the Lightfoot portal. As a result, tracking data for some vehicles is currently unavailable for both today and yesterday. No data has been lost — all information is queued, and the system will work through the backlog. We will continue to provide updates as the situation progresses.

    We’ve enhanced the system that is handling the backlog and are now seeing a noticeable improvement in the speed at which items are being processed. We'll continue to update on progress.

    Services have been continuing to recover overnight, with the historical data backlog catching up. Some services remain degraded, meaning that some users will experience issues with Live Tracking, and email Reporting. We will update on progress throughout the day.

    We are seeing improved service across our application, with both Live and historical Tracking fully available. The team are monitoring the system performance and continuing to make improvements.
