The risk associated with processing cross-border web payments through Visa "card not present" Direct (Visa's account-funded transaction program) is considered too high and, as a result, is no longer permitted by Visa at this time. Web payments made with VISA cards from the following countries (AT, BE, BG, CY, CZ, DE, DK, EE, ES, FI, FR, GR, HR, HU, IE, IS, IT, LI, LT, LU, LV, MT, NL, NO, PL, PT, RO, SE, SI, SK) are accepted. Visa card present payments are still available for users outside the mentioned countries.
