On 20 October 2026 the PHP project announced a critical security release, scheduled for 21 October. PHP is a widely used component that powers our public website. As a precaution, we have taken kuario.com and its language sites (de, nl, es, pt, fr) offline while we make sure our website is fully protected. This affects only our public website. KUARIO payment terminals, the KUARIO platform and apps, and all customer transactions are not affected and keep running normally. We see no sign that our website has been compromised. We will bring it back online once the work is done and will post an update here. If you need help in the meantime, contact support at [support email / phone].
