Update timeline

  1. identified Jun 01, 2026, 03:38 AM UTC

We are currently experiencing a large-scale DDoS (Distributed Denial of Service) attack targeting one of our servers. Our DDoS mitigation platform has automatically detected the attack and traffic is currently being routed through our scrubbing infrastructure to filter malicious traffic and maintain service availability. While mitigation is active, some services hosted on the affected server may experience intermittent connectivity issues, increased latency, or brief disruptions as traffic is analyzed and scrubbed. Our engineering team is actively monitoring the situation and working to ensure continued service stability. We will provide further updates as the situation develops. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Dear Clients, Our engineering team has been working to further mitigate this attack. At this time, although ongoing, we believe that we have been successful in mitigating its effects, and legitimate traffic appears to be flowing normally. Kind regards, Kualo Support

  3. monitoring Jun 01, 2026, 07:24 AM UTC

Dear Clients, Our engineering team continues to actively mitigate this ongoing DDoS attack. Mitigation measures remain in place, and legitimate traffic appears to be flowing normally at this time. We will continue to monitor the situation and provide further updates as necessary. Kind regards, Kualo Support

  4. monitoring Jun 01, 2026, 08:50 AM UTC

Dear Clients, The DDoS attack has now subsided, and services are operating normally. While no further attack activity has been observed for some time, our engineering team continues to closely monitor traffic to ensure ongoing service stability. Thank you for your patience and understanding. Kind regards, Kualo Support
