    Dear Clients, Our engineers have determed that Rosaline has experienced a hardware failure. We’re in the process of working further to diagnose that, while simultaneously establishing options to bring the server back online using one of our spare servers.     Dear Clients, We are in the process of moving Rosaline’s hard drives to a standby spare server at present. Once done, our engineering team will undertake configuration updates to the server ahead of bringing the server back online. Kind regards, Kualo Support

    Dear Clients, Our engineers were able to bring Rosaline back online approximately 25 minutes ago, and we have been working to analyse the server since doing so. We’re now going to shut the server down once more to increase the server’s available memory, and once complete will bring it back online again. Kind regards, Kualo Support
