Status: Investigating Some customers are experiencing issues sending money to Juni from Nordea and Handelsbanken. We have contacted Nordea and Handelsbanken regarding the issue and continue to investigate the cause. Impact • Some customers may be unable to send money to their Juni account from Nordea and Handelsbanken • The Direct Top-Up feature is currently unavailable with Nordea and Handelsbanken Recommended action • If your transfer is affected, we recommend contacting your bank regarding the failed transfer, as they may be able to investigate and provide additional information • Please also contact Juni Support and provide details of the failed transfer or top-up. We may be able to recommend an alternative transfer method for urgent transfers We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available.
