Status: Investigating Some customers are experiencing issues sending money to Juni from Nordea and Handelsbanken. We have contacted Nordea and Handelsbanken regarding the issue and continue to investigate the cause. Impact • Some customers may be unable to send money to their Juni account from Nordea and Handelsbanken • The Direct Top-Up feature is currently unavailable with Nordea and Handelsbanken Recommended action • If your transfer is affected, we recommend contacting your bank regarding the failed transfer, as they may be able to investigate and provide additional information • Please also contact Juni Support and provide details of the failed transfer or top-up. We may be able to recommend an alternative transfer method for urgent transfers We apologise for the inconvenience and will provide further updates as soon as more information becomes available. Some customer are experiencing issues sending money to Juni from Revolut and Barclays. We are in contact with their correspondent bank to resolve the issue.
